September 29, 2018
2:00 pm - 3:30 pm

Please join us as we explore the multi-faceted world of CircleSinging, a form originated and cultivated by the renowned, improvisational vocalist and jazz master, Bobby McFerrin. Time in the workshop will be spent building jazz pieces “in the moment,” using many exercises and games designed to inspire vocal creativity. Singers will be supported in small group clusters, and for those who wish to solo, there will be ample opportunity to partake.

Also featured in the workshop will be the beautiful, clear tones of quartz singing bowls with their other worldly vibrations. These magical tones, along with group generated vocal music, will, without a doubt, transport you to places unknown.

Open to all ages and levels of singers. Or come just to listen to the ethereal sound of these magical bowls!

September is Mindfulness Month at TML! “When you change yourself you change the world.”
