You hear it all the time – eating unprocessed, nutritious food is a healthy way to eat, but who has time to spend hours making meals every day? In this class, we’ll learn some of the tips and tricks of making healthy whole-food meals quick and easy, so you can leave all the preservatives, additives, hidden salt, and sugar behind!
