Postcards from Quarantine

Tired of virtual everything?

We are inviting you to send us an actual physical postcard expressing your thoughts, hopes, and feelings about life while we are all stuck at home. You can include written sentiments, poems, and/or artwork. How about writing a haiku or a limerick? Draw us a picture! Share your hopes, wishes, the things you miss. All ages are welcome to participate!

Don’t have any postcards?

Here are instructions on how to make a postcard out of materials you probably already have around the house!

—Postage for a postcard is currently 35¢—

You can mail your postcards to:

Thomas Memorial Library
c/o PO Box 6260
Cape Elizabeth, ME 04107
or drop them in the library’s book drop.

The library will photograph and share the postcards online,
and feature a physical display once the library reopens.

Thank you for participating!
