Female Jumping Spider

Donne Sinderson, a Maine Master Naturalist, will discuss the fascinating world of one of the most misunderstood family of creatures: the spiders. Did you know that spider silk has different strengths depending on the purpose it serves, or that some spiders can change their color from yellow to white with purple spots and back again?  Come learn about Maine’s many species of benign, beneficial, and often beautiful, spiders.

This presentation is part of our Maine Wildlife Series.
