Taking a pause in this time after the Election and before the Holidays in the midst of the Pandemic to take a Mindful Pause. Pausing to bring attention to what is present for you and finding ways to connect to your inner resources and nourish yourself with greater stability and clarity in the coming days as they unfold, one day at a time. This retreat offers you a morning to be in silence, in community, practicing traditional mindfulness meditation practices. No previous mindfulness meditation experience is required.

About Anne Gosling
 
Anne Gosling Ph. D is a yoga and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher whose passion is cultivating mindfulness. MBSR is the 8-week program developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn at UMass Medical Center where she completed MBSR teacher training. Anne has taught MBSR as well as yoga at MaineHealth and previously in Washington DC. She combines over 30 years of experience as a psychotherapist, teacher and trainer to facilitate and support health in the community, workplace, and health care settings.
