What is a class visit?
Bring your class to the Thomas Memorial Library to learn about your local public library. Visits lasts 30 – 45 minutes and include a tour and presentation of library services and available digital resources.
Can we check out books during a class visit?
We are unable to check out books or provide library card sign-ups during a class visit. However, we are happy to share informational sheets for students to take home to caregivers.
How do I request a class visit?
We have a limited amount of spots available for visits in the months of March, April and May. Please submit your requests for a visit at least 2 months prior in order to give us time to respond. Not all requests are able to be fulfilled as we have limited staff capacity.
