Fall is a beautiful season in Maine and a great time to go rockhounding. Do you have a rock collection, or want to start one?

Roland Charles, from the Mineralogical and Geological Society, will talk about the geology of Maine, the types of rocks and minerals you can find, where to find them, and how to go about collecting them responsibly. This program is for adults, families, and kids! Feel free to bring along rock specimens you wish to identify.
