I have been practicing physical therapy since 2006, and in 2015 discovered my passion for helping patients struggling with pelvic health. I have taken the course series form APTA and achieved my CAPP-pelvic specialty certificate. I have added continued course work to deepen my understanding and skills since that initial series, which has allowed me to include pediatric patients in the populations I treat.

I brought my family to Maine in 2017 and have enjoyed the proximity to my extended family, the coast, the mountains, and the great food (love the good eats!). Outside of work, I herd my 2 kids and dog around, bake, read, cross country ski, walk, hike and go to the beach.

I enjoy this work, helping individuals achieve meaningful change to improve their quality of life and work towards their personal goals. I have felt so fortunate to be a trusted source of help with so many amazing people during my years in pelvic floor physical therapy, and I look forward to years more.
